2017-2018 MCJD Contestants
Contestant #1 - Isabella Khatcherian
Hello all! My name is Isabella Khatcherian. I am a member of Bethel No. 97 Burbank, where I am a PHQ and also a member of Bethel No. 289, Granada Hills. Earlier this month I graduated from Cleveland High School and I plan to go to college to become a nurse. Job’s Daughters has played a big part in my life, as I have been in since I was 10 years old. My favorite stations are Fourth Messenger, Chaplain, and Honored Queen.
Contestant #2 - Madison Bryant
Greetings Job’s Daughters of California! My name is Madison Bryant and I am a Past Honored Queen of Bethel No. 249 Newhall, following in a Job’s Daughters family tradition. My favorite office is First Messenger because it sets up the story of the life of Job for Pilgrims. I am a college student and in my free time I enjoy coaching cheerleading. I am looking forward to sharing my exciting ideas to help grow the future of Job’s Daughters!
Contestant #3 - Alyssa LeCours
Hello California Job’s Daughters! I am a two-time Past Honored Queen of Bethel No. 157, Newport Beach. I have been in Job’s Daughters for just over four years now and I was a part of my Bethel’s Reinstitution. My first and favorite station is Chaplain. I currently attend Costa Mesa High School where I am on the high school swim and dive teams. After high school I hope to attend the United States Naval Academy.
Contestant #4 - Sarah Colbert
Members and friends, I am Sarah Colbert, PHQ of both Bethel Number 289 Granada Hills and Bethel Number 89 Ventura. I have been a member of Job’s Daughters for over 6 years and my favorite station is Marshal. I play golf, I’m not very good at it, but I stick to it anyway. I enjoy the beach, swimming, hiking, and pretty much any outdoor activity. My favorite color is yellow because it looks very optimistic.
Contestant #5 - Mikayla Latiolais
I have been in Job’s Daughters for one year and fell in love with the organization immediately. My favorite station is Chaplain because it is an important role in the Bethel and challenged me as my first office. I am also very involved at school with after-school music rehearsals and producing their iHeart Radio station daily. When I have some free time, I enjoy going to Disneyland or Universal Studios with my family.
Contestant #6 - Alexa FitzGerald
Hello, I’m Alexa FitsGerald. I’m 19 and a Past Honored Queen of Bethel 97 Burbank. I have been in Job’s Daughters for six years and was brought in by my best friend that I have known since kindergarten. I am currently attending LA Mission College, majoring in physical science, with plans to transfer to UC Irvine in two years. The First Epoch is my favorite, especially since the first office I held was First Messenger.
Contestant #7 - Madelyn Childs
Hello California Job’s Daughters! My name is Madelyn Childs. I am a proud two time Past Honored Queen and currently serving as Senior Princess of Bethel No. 78, Garden Grove. I have been a member of Job’s Daughters International for 6 years. I currently attend Pacifica High School and will be starting my senior year in the fall. I also am Editor in Chief of the yearbook and a Mentor for freshmen at Pacifica.
