Member Portal Access/Newsletter Distribution

Currently, the Newsletter is an internal document targeted to our active members, parents and adult volunteers directly connected to a Bethel.  If you fit within these parameters, you can contact the Bethel Guardian and they can request you to be added.

If you do not fit within the guidelines noted above, there is another way to receive the Newsletter and access the Member Portal on our website, you can request access using the form linked below.  There will be a $10 yearly fee, and you will need to be approved for access.

This is intended for those internal to the Organization and access will be based on relevance of the request and will need to be approved by the GG for a one year period.  This will ensure that everyone who is accessing the information should have access to it.  This is only intended to be for online access and bimonthly newsletter distribution.  If it is essential to receive a paper mailing, you still need to use the form that goes through the Grand Secretary’s Office.  If you are already paying for the paper mailing, you will now have access to the Member Portal and Newsletter, once you have been validated.  The fees will be for offsetting the cost of the Newsletter and website maintenance.
